Biography : The impressionistic painter Professor August Alexander Wendehals
was born in Warburg - Ossendorf in 1934. In 1949 he began his artistic
education with Anton Plass and Gottfried Beyer. He has achieved a great
standing as an impressionist painter of contemporary times, and has had many
exhibitions across Europe and in Canada and in the US since the 1970s. His
work has continued to attract interest since his death and he is regarded as
a forerunner to the popular Howard Behrens.
This is an excellent and rare opportunity to acquire a superb landscape
typical of his fresh and colourful style.

Alan Hunt
Alan Hunt was born in England, studying zoology at Leeds College and Bristol University.
His artist training came from Middlesbrough Art College. This background of scientific and
artistic skills causes Hunt to call himself ' the zoologist who paints wildlife'.
