Early retirement from mechanical engineering presented Lucy Grinchik with a crossroads of opportunities to express herself..."and the 'Artist' in me was born!" . She takes her Inspiration from people who surround her, from places she loves or travels to. Sometimes the paint left on the palette can take it’s own course and imagination will bring the painting to life. The tools and media Lucy uses could be chosen depending on mood of the painting. This way of work prevents her from being repetitive. Finding new subjects gives her fresh pleasures, the journey continues, and the artist is ever-evolving.
