VECU is the professional name of Valery Quitard - born 1960 in Perpignan, France. VECU now resides in Castelnau in the eastern Pyrenees, specialising in realism and trompe-l’oueil paintings

VECU is a member of the professional body ‘Maison des Artistes’ in his home country, and has exhibited in the following countries: France, Holland, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland and Holland.
